I orderd the nike air max madder root 2 days ago and they just arrived. The shoes are great exept for a little black stain at the back of the shoe. The service was great and the order was very fast. Thx

Worst customer experience ever. Ordered shoes that I wanted to return because they were too big. No return label included and after I contacted the customer service 4 times via chat and mail (twice each) I never got a reply.
Thanks for nothing!

Also send an email to the shopmanager with a question and within 1 hour received Antwerpen back. This was my first purchase at Urbanstore but certainly not the last!

My order was canceled for no reason, I had bought the pair, the next day I received a cancellation email, and then I see that they are organizing an Instagram raffle for the same pair. Just shameful when you are happy to finally have the pair of your dreams.

Nearly 2 weeks later still not received the order; no correspondence from the seller at all or an update.

I did respond to your email request for my address, its a shame you have now said you have not received a response. You have not sent me no further update to tell me about my order but just kept my money. It would be best for you to refund my money. Thanks.

FedEx your preferred shipping company. Gave me a time slot then did not deliver my parcel while I had been waiting for over 6 hours then sent me a message saying no one was home when they did not even ring my bell. I told FedEx deliver my parcel today or I won’t reschedule a delivery time and they can return the parcel and I will ask you for a refund. I don’t have time to waste waiting for 3 t shirts. If your shippers can’t follow thru on their time slot don’t expect me to wait. I charge us$330 an hour for my time. FedEx used 6 hours of it. I suggest you use Royal Mail they actually have the lowest carbon footprint and do keep to their time slots.

I recently ordered, and paid for, two pairs of sneakers and only received one. Haven't yet heard back from their customerservice, but I hope Urbanstar will fix this properly.

Update for reply from Urbanstar:
They did send two separate parcels, but I was not provided both trackingnumbers. Second parcel has not arrived yet.

Update 9-2:
Received a refund for the parcel as well as the shipping costs. Took a bit long, but communication/response time was good/fast.

I have ordered Morph Zeta. Since I am using this fragrance for more than 4 years I am familiar with the smell and price. Price was accordingly but the perfume is fake. I DO NOT recommend this site, at least not for Morph purchasing! Shame on you

I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max Classics BW in the early morning on the 10th of November from The Netherlands for the normal price (plus 10 euro shipping costs). At the same day they send the package with GLS and on Monday the 15th I received double boxed my pair of shoes. The quality is good, no damages. The contact with the store was also customer friendly (not every employee speaks English but thats ok)
My overall experience is very positive and I will definitely order again by this store located in Rome.

Had the luck to buy Nike BW Persian Violet 2021. Got a message from Urbanstar so I was soo happy! Got a personal link and I could order immediately. Shipping was fast to Holland. even got some arch support as a gift.
